Processing & Shipping

We take great care in preparing your Belle Fille by Serabeitheceo pieces for their new home.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Time: Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. Because we process orders quickly, we are unable to intercept or redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be held for 15 days. We will reach out to you to collect the shipping fee required for reshipment.

Policy: Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for cancellation or refund. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
