Returns & Exchanges

We want every Belle Fille by Serabeitheceo purchase to be a perfect fit. If you aren't completely happy with your items, we are happy to assist you with a return.

The Return Process

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Please ensure you have your order number or proof of purchase ready when you contact us.

To initiate a return.

1. Reach out to our support team at serabeitheceo@gmail.com.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
3. Please note that any packages sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted

Return Shipping

You have two convenient options for sending your items back to us:

Pre-paid Label: We can provide a return shipping label for your convenience. A flat $5.50 return fee will apply, which can be settled via PayPal, debit, or credit card.

Your Preferred Method: You are welcome to use your own shipping carrier; however, all return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

To get the items you love as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for your preferred replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Quality is our priority. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at serabeitheceo@gmail.com immediately. We will prioritize resolving this for you.

Important Notes

Condition: We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, makeup, scents, or use.

Final Sale: Gift cards and items marked as "Sale" are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Digital Products:

Due to the fact that customers cannot return a digital product or services, these items are nonrefundable, and you cannot exchange them. Once you purchase it and have possession of the data and/ or signed your contract, it remains with you forever unless you delete it. To ensure the intended purchases, you are advised to read the descriptions of each digital product and service fully before purchasing. Belle Fille by Serabeitheceo:

Once your return package arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Approval Process: We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Processing Time: If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Bank Timelines: Please keep in mind that some financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund approval and you have yet to see the funds, please contact us at serabeitheceo@gmail.com so we can look into it for you.
